Your vehicle does not have racks to hold cylinders of compressed gas. You can only load cylinders if they are:

Must be signed and carried by anyone transporting a hazardous waste.

Must be kept by the transporter for a maximum of 5 years.

A properly prepared Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest:
